* Seating cannot be reserved because no seats are numbered.
* Arrive about half an hour before your selected show starts in order to select a place to sit.
- Payment by cash, cash machine or credit card
- Free entrance with Kärnten Card – please bringt your ID.
- Group rates apply from 20 people. The tickets must be purchased by one person from the entire group.
- For 20 paying guests, tour guide free. For 40 paying guests, tour guide and coach driver free.
- No seating reservations are possible. Because no numbered seats are available. Nevertheless, it is advisable to arrive about half an hour before your show starts in order to select a good place to sit.
Dogs must be on lead within the Eagle Arena without exception.

There is a large coach parking area by Burgteich lake. From there, a path runs directly to the Eagle Arena (around a 10-minute walk).
Sufficient parking is available on several levels
For disabled castle restaurant guests there is a shuttle bus service from the car park to the Eagle Arena entrance, available by prior reservation.

This service only applies in the case of guests dining at the ‘Burg-Imbiss’ or ‘Burg Restaurant’.
